What BBQ trailer hire includes

When you hire The Arches BBQ trailer, you're not just renting equipment — you're booking a full catering service:

• Two BBQ trailers — a 60" Grillmaster and a smoker rig, so we can handle intimate parties or large events
• Experienced chefs cooking fresh on-site throughout your event
• Full menu — burgers, wings, ribs, sides, salads and homemade sauces
• Serving equipment — plates, napkins, cutlery included
• Setup and clean-down — we arrive early and leave the site tidy

How booking works

1. Enquire — tell us your date, venue and rough guest count via online booking or contact form
2. Confirm — we send a quote within 24 hours with menu, pricing and any travel charges
3. Deposit — 25% secures your date
4. Event day — we arrive, set up, cook and clean down

Minimum headcount is typically 30 guests. Smaller events may be possible with a minimum spend — just ask.
