Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & confirmation

Full payment is taken at the time of booking via secure online checkout. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared and you receive a confirmation email from us. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations more than 28 days before your event date receive a full refund. Between 14 and 28 days: 50% refund. Within 14 days: no refund, but we will try to rebook to another date subject to availability.

3. Weather policy

Our trailers operate in all weather. In the rare event of conditions making it unsafe to attend (e.g. severe storms), we will offer a free reschedule to a mutually agreed date.

4. Travel & access

The first 15 miles from Belfast (Holywood Road) are included. Additional mileage is charged at the rate shown on the booking page. You are responsible for ensuring suitable, level access for the trailer and a safe area for live-fire cooking. We require approximately 6m × 3m of space.

5. Allergens & dietary requirements

Please disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking. We prepare food in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soya and sesame. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

6. Liability

The Arches Barbecue holds public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by guests, third parties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes to your booking

Guest numbers can be adjusted up to 7 days before your event. Reductions below the minimum head count will be charged at the minimum.
