The Arches Barbecue ("we", "us") collects the personal information you submit through this site solely to fulfil your booking enquiry, deliver our service, and contact you about your event.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, event address, dietary information you choose to share, and payment confirmation data from our payment provider (we never see your full card number).
How we use it
To confirm your booking, deliver the BBQ service, send confirmations and follow-ups, and meet our legal/tax obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only what's necessary with our payment provider (Stripe) and our email provider. Both are GDPR-compliant.
Retention
Booking records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing bookings@thearchesbbq.co.uk.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies only where needed for the site to function (for example, remembering UI preferences). We also offer optional analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use our website — such as which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them. Analytics cookies are not loaded unless you choose "Accept analytics" on the cookie banner. If you reject analytics cookies, no data is sent to Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site, which will reset your cookie choice.
